The Polytory™ Lumber Story

"Recycle, Refine, Reshape."

1. Collection

We collect HDPE plastic from post-consumer sources like milk jugs and detergent bottles, cleaning and shredding them into flakes.

2. Extrusion

Plastic is melted, mixed with UV inhibitors and pigments, and forced through a die to form continuous planks of solid lumber.

3. Fabrication

Once cooled, the lumber is cut and worked by craftsmen using traditional woodworking tools to create precise components.

4. Assembly

Parts are assembled using stainless steel hardware to create durable, weather-resistant furniture.
